The Hans Foundation, New Delhi

The Hans Foundation is a charitable trust fund that was created to provide a source of endowment for not-for-profit organizations in India. They value partners’ hard work and fund their efforts, which cater specifically to the needs of underprivileged people in their localities.

 


1% for Development Fund, Switzerland

The first 1% Fund was set up in Geneva in 1976; others were established in the 1980s in Rome, New York, and Vienna . A group of volunteers of VSO International established a 1% Thailand that worked with Geneva.


Australian High Commission, New Delhi

The Direct Aid Program (DAP) provides small grants for activities that support development and strengthen communities in India and Bhutan. Over the past decade, DAP has built linkages and fostered relationships between Australia and these communities.

 


The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development

It is a premier organisation of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, engaged in training, consultancy, research, etc. in order to promote entrepreneurship. The major activities of the Institute are Training of Trainers, Management Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship-cum-Skill Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship Development, Programmes and Cluster Intervention.

 


ICCo – Innovative Change Collaborative, New Delhi

It is a not-for-profit development organization,, the North East region, to create access to government programs, develop livelihoods and promote inclusive business with the private sector. The name derives from the belief that ‘innovative’ strategic thinking and ‘collaborative’ effort are key to bringing about change in society and systems.

 


Centurion University, Bhubaneswar

The journey of Centurion began in 2005 by a group of ambitious professionals having aspirations to take it to the pinnacle of quality education, nationally and internationally. VIEWS in technical collaboration with Centurion University of Management and Technology designed low cost solar dryer.

 


University of Texas, USA

The University of Texas at Austin is a bold, ambitious leader. Ranked among the biggest and best research universities in the country, UT Austin is home to more than 51,000 students and 3,000 teaching faculty. VIEWS in collaboration with students of Texas university implement various educational, youth and livelihood projects in Odisha in 2002-04.

 


Virginia Tech, USA

It takes a hands-on, engaging approach to education, preparing scholars to be leaders in their fields and communities. As the commonwealth’s most comprehensive university and its leading research institution, Virginia Tech offers 250 undergraduate and graduate degree programs to more than 33,000 students and manages a research portfolio of more than $504 million. VIEWS in association with the students of Virginia Tech University implemented a project SMILE (Student Mobilization Initiative through Learning and Exposure) in Ganjam district, Odisha.

It is distinctive in its scale and breadth, the premium we place on our relevance to society, and our commitment to inclusivity in the broadest sense. VIEWS in association with the students of University of Wisconsin-Madison, implemented a project SMILE (Student Mobilization Initiative through Learning and Exposure) in Ganjam district, Odisha.

 


National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur

The National Institute of Science & Technology (NIST) was established in the year 1996 by a group of academicians educated in the top Institutes of India & abroad. The founder Director, Prof Sangram Mudali is B.Tech from IIT Kanpur (1985) & MS from University of Houston, USA (1987). NIST supported with supply of computers for promoting computer literacy among rural youth in Odisha.
